RABINOV Property Management Limited has passed the management of the Rabinov Diversified Property Trust to the ANZ Bank.
ANZIB Specialist Asset Management will takeover as the responsible entity for the trust following the completion of the Share Sale Agreement between Rabinov and ANZ.
The bank bought a 50% stake in RPML in December.
