Andrew Sudholz has been elected the president of the Property Council’s Victorian division.
Sudholz is the managing director and major shareholder of Japara Holdings, a private company which owns, operates and develops aged care facilities and retirement villages throughout Australia.
Jennifer Cunich, the Property Council’s Victorian executive director, welcomed the election of Sudholz.
“Given the ageing population issue, it is quite timely that Mr Sudholz is the new president of the Property Council as he has vast experience in the aged care sector. Mr Sudholz has been a member of our Victorian Divisional Council since 2003. We look forward to working with him and the newly elected Council in 2007.
“I would also like to thank Daniel Grollo who has held the position of president for the past four years and will continue to serve on the Council in the position of immediate past president,” Cunich said.
