Commercial real estate agency Lemon Baxter has appointed Thomas Blencowe as director of investment sales, based in Melbourne.
Blencowe brings over 16 years’ of experience and joined from Colliers where he was director of capital markets.
He has also held senior leadership roles in valuations & advisory including head of Melbourne metro office Valuations and national head of data centre valuations at JLL.
