CUSHMAN & Wakefield has appointed Matthew Allen as divisional director within the firm’s Melbourne valuation and advisory team.
Allen has over a decade of experience in the property valuation industry and an understanding of the retail sector across both Australia and Europe. In his new role, he will specialise in retail markets across Victoria.
