Port Bouvard has entered into a joint venture with the land owner of 57 hectares in Furnissdale, near Mandurah in Western Australia.
Port Bouvard will be responsible for development approvals and provide finance for all development costs to develop approximately 600 residential lots.
The company expects to gain necessary approvals within two years and commence a marketing and sales campaign ahead of development.
The Peel region, in particular Mandurah and the near surrounding area which includes Furnissdale, continues to undergo excellent growth and this is expected to continue.
