SAVILLS appointed commercial property agent Harry George as a director within its NSW team, based in Sydney.
George has over 15 years of experience in the Australian commercial property sector, with expertise in commercial office assets, strata amalgamations and development sites across Sydney.
He will be focused on servicing middle markets clients across the major Sydney commercial office markets.
George most recently held an associate director of capital markets role, working with high-net-worth investors, syndicates and capital managers.
Over his career, he has achieved a combined transaction total of approximately $1 billion-plus, with notable transactions including the amalgamation of King, York and Clarence development site known as “Kings Green” now in control by Merivale Group.
He has also been involved with the amalgamation of whole strata buildings with the amalgamation of over 300 lots across six different assets since 2021.
