JLL has wooed back Julian Whiston, as the new head of hotels and hospitality – value and risk advisory for Australia and New Zealand.
Whiston brings more than 30 years’ experience in hotel and resort property valuations, transactional support, and investment consultancy services.
Prior to rejoining JLL, Whiston served as partner and joint head – national hotels and hospitality, valuations and advisory at Knight Frank Australia. Before that, he was managing director at JLL Hotels and Hospitality.

Whiston is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and a Fellow of HOSPA (Hospitality Finance, Revenue and IT Professionals).
