The Australian Education Trust has completed a placement for $20.24 million.
The placement was made to new and existing institutions, sophisticated and professional investors and was managed by Austock Corporate Finance Limited.
ABC Learning Centres who held approximately 13.0% of AEU prior to the issue, have increased their stake in AEU to approximately 15% of the 98,208,677 units on issue following the placement.
The proceeds of the placement will be applied to the acquisition pipeline.
