Jones Lang LaSalle has signed an agreement to outsource its recruitment solutions to Talent2.
The contract is the first agreement of its kind embarked on by a commercial property services firm.
The initial 18 month agreement, with a two year option, was awarded after an extensive tender process and will become effective in July 2006.
“Our staff are our key asset and Jones Lang LaSalle is committed to attracting and recruiting the best. We believe Talent 2 will provide the firm with a unique competitive advantage, positioning Jones Lang LaSalle as an Employer of Choice in the Asia Pacific region,” JLL’s Australian chief executive Christine Bartlett.
“Given the strong competition for top talent, Talent2 will help us set even higher benchmarks in our recruiting processes, particularly in employer branding, on-boarding and forecasting,” she added.
