Primelife has appointed Judith Sloan as deputy chairman to the board.
Sloan is currently a commissioner of the Productivity Commission, commissioner of the Australian Fair Pay Commission and a director of Santos Ltd.
She is also a member of the board of the Lowy Institute for International Policy.
Sloan has held a number of academic appointments, including Professor of Labour Studies and Director of the National Institute of Labour Studies at the Flinders University of South Australia.
Her previous appointments include: Chair of SGIC Limited, Deputy Chair of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and Director of Mayne Group Ltd, SGIO Insurance Ltd. and South Australian Ports Corporation.
