Two offices in Melbourne’s north-eastern suburbs have sold for a total of $12 million in the past week.
An office in Melbourne’s Heidelberg sold for just over $4 million to an owner occupier.
The two level building at 86 Mount Street, Heidelberg, consists of 1250 sqm of office with parking for 44 cars.
And just a few kilometres away, a single level office at 677 The Boulevard, Eaglemont, sold to an investor for $8.25 million on an 8.9% yield.
The property returns $734,000 per annum with a lease that is due to expire in the short term.
