BELLE Property’s commercial division has officially expanded into Melbourne east, opening the doors at its newest office yesterday.
The team will be led by principal Mitch Rosam, who has nine years of experience with the local industrial, retail, and office market. He will be accompanied by industrial property specialist Ashleigh Rosam, who offers 10 years of real estate experience, and netted the Commercial Property Management Rising Star Award of the Year in 2022.
Both were previously at RWC.
