COLLIERS International has expanded its development site capabilities with the appointment of Trent Hobart to the residential team based in Melbourne.
Hobart has been appointed residential development director.
“Trent joins us with a wealth of expertise, having worked in the Melbourne residential property market for eight-plus years as a director of valuation with CBRE, specialising in the residential market,” Colliers residential managing director Tim Storey said.
“During this time, Trent has developed a sound knowledge of the market place and strong relationships with property developers Australia-wide.” Storey said.
