KNIGHT Frank has made significant changes to its AMS team in South Australia, with Michelle Vickery named to the team as partner, head of asset management services SA.
Supporting her will be Jeremy Roland in the role of director, head of facilities management SA, South Australia, while Peter Otten will be taking on the role of director, facilities management and compliance SA.
All three have been promoted to their new positions from their current roles as director of AMS in South Australia, Meanwhile, Simon Bruno will move into a new role as senior facilities and projects delivery manager, responsible for the delivery of projects within Knight Frank’s expanding management portfolio in South Australia.
Bruno has been promoted from his current role of senior facilities manager.

Scott said Jeremy, who will work closely with Michelle, has “always had the highest standard of service delivery and managed some of our largest assets over the past nine years, with glowing references from our key clients”.
“Peter will support the greater team in AMS, and is an asset to the business due to his attention to detail and understanding of legislation and compliance, which is second to none,” she said.
“Simon has provided exceptional service to some of our key clients over the last few years, in addition to taking on several projects for them, and we expect to see our projects side of the AMS business continue to grow under his capability.”
