EG’s redevelopment of the iconic Northern Beach Business Park site is officially opening, bringing new industrial and office space to the region.
The industrial and office site at 4-8 Inman Road, Cromer, spans 26,902sqm and will also include a wide range of a wide range of recreational activities for local residents, with a dedicated learn-to-swum school, Carlile Swimming and Bounce Trampoline Park and Precision Golf.
The revitalisation project has retained significant heritage elements, including key structures of the former Roche headquarters and associated landscape features from the 1960s.
“EG is excited to introduce the Northern Beaches Business Park, transforming an underutilised site to one that will now accommodate a range of small and medium businesses to infuse new energy and diverse employment opportunities for the community,” said Roger Parker, joint managing director of EG.
“Thank you to our delivery partners who remained committed to sustainably delivering one of the largest redevelopment projects within the Northern Beaches.”
This is in line with EG’s commitment to “real zero” carbon by 2030 and to take track live carbon data from the energy grid in its approach to climate action.
A large portion of the available space has already been leased at the park, with few vacancies remaining offering flexible warehouse tenancies with high ceiling clearances, dedicated storage facilities and office spaces to accommodate a diverse range of occupants and tenancy sizes.
The Northern Beaches Business Park site is one of the largest industrial spaces available within the peninsula.
Its strategic location allows access via the nearby B-line bus route, facilitating connectivity and prospects for local businesses.
EG manages $5.1 billion in real estate on behalf of institutional investors and wholesale clients, with $ 3.9 billion in the development pipeline and 16.7% per annum in realised IRR for institutional funds.
