NATIONAL property fund manager and developer, Centennial, has tapped senior executives from ASX-listed heavyweights Charter Hall and Centuria in adding to its wealth distribution and asset management divisions, in response to an expanding investor-base and growth across the country’s mid-space commercial real estate sector.
Nick Lidonnici joins Centennial as head of portfolio management where he will oversee the asset management team and fund management operations of the non-institutional industrial and logistics assets.
Lidonnici’s 20 years of experience covers all property asset classes, plus equity raisings and funds management in both the private and institutional sectors. He joins from Charter Hall where he oversaw the strategic management and expansion of its industrial and logistics portfolio across four states, with a combined value in excess of $10 billion.
Lidonnici is based in Centennial’s Melbourne office and is responsible for leading the office’s growth and property investment opportunities throughout Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
Joining Centennial’s Sydney team is Dylan Tomkins, who has been appointed director of wealth management following a nine-year career at Centuria.
During his time at Centuria, Tomkins managed relationships with high-net-worth individuals and wholesale investors, and raised new equity and coordinated investor and stakeholder relations.
Centennial currently has more than $1.8 billion worth of property assets across Australia with a further $1.2 billion of projects in the pipeline.
Managing director and group CEO, Adrian Taylor said, “Centennial is proud to welcome Nick and Dylan”.
“Their understanding of corporate governance and risk management is underpinned by their equally strong exposure to all aspects of the property industry, and I have no doubt Nick and Dylan will add value to our expanding and dynamic team of professionals to enable us to continue delivering exceptional service to our many stakeholders.”
