THE Buchan Group has appointed two associates in Melbourne.
The group has promoted Clinton Jasmin to the position of associate. Jasmin joined the group in late 2008 after working in Ireland and South Africa for 14 years. His work in that time included residential and mixed use developments, as well as sporting facilities.
Jasmin has extensive experience of retail, mixed use and tourism & leisure developments and is a specialist in project delivery and contract documentation. He played a key role in these aspects of the Burnside Village development, as well as Burwood One shopping centre, and a mixed use residential and retail development in North Melbourne.
Allen Lucini was also promoted, and is a senior designer who joined the Buchan Group (Melbourne) in 2011 after experience in South Africa and the United Kingdom, where he work on major retail, mixed use and residential projects.
Lucini is a specialist in master planning, concept design and design development. His projects include new mixed use developments in Canada, the Eastland shopping centre expansion, Marco Melbourne residential development, Emporium Melbourne, Kingston Ocean Grove and Scarborough Town Centre and Pacific Werribee.
