SAVILLS has made senior appointments to its valuations and advisory team in Michael Pisano and Mark Cassidy.
Pisano has been appointed to the role of national director of office, valuations and advisory and Cassidy as director of valuations and advisory, with both to be based in the real estate brand’s Sydney office.
“We’re delighted to welcome Michael and Mark to the team,” said Rob Anderson, director of valuations and advisory at Savills, NSW.
“Their extensive knowledge of office markets nationally and in New South Wales will be invaluable, as will their impressive track records supporting and advising their clients around their reporting requirements.”
Pisano will utilise his more than 25 years of experience in valuation, research, asset management and capital transactions in his new position leading the office valuations team across Savills’ Australian business.
Pisano has worked on Sydney’s most iconic buildings including, amongst others, Quay Quarter Tower, Salesforce Tower, Grosvenor Place, Governor Phillip and Macquarie Towers, Parramatta Square, Victoria Cross and Brookfield Place.
Cassidy will work closely with Pisano on the NSW office valuations business, drawing upon his 20 years of experience working across global agencies in Australia and in the UK.
“Both highly regarded operators in the industry, Michael and Mark bring a wealth of knowledge to our business,” said Joe Phegan, national head of valuations and advisory at Savills.
“This expansion of the team’s senior leadership will serve to provide even greater value, skill and market-leading insights for our clients.”
