PARRAMATTA's status as the second CBD continues to grow, with Colliers International establishing a residential project market team in the area.
The team will be headed up by Paul Tutt, who has moved to Colliers from CBRE.
Colliers’ managing director residential Peter Chittenden said the new team will meet the growing demand for quality new apartment living in the area.
“Parramatta is continuing to grow as the ‘second’ CBD of Sydney.
“In order to meet this strong demand, developers are bringing new residential projects to the market thick and fast, and while we have operated in this market for many years with great success, we now feel that the time is right to have a team on the ground full time,” he added.
“We’re delighted to have Paul Tutt lead this initiative, and he will work closely with our existing team to continue to service this growing market.
“Paul brings with him a wealth of property knowledge and is well connected in Parramatta and the surrounding markets. He has extensive experience in project marketing having previously worked with CBRE.
