KNIGHT Frank has appointed Andrew Palmer to the role of executive of retail investment sales based in the Sydney office.
Palmer will work closely with Ben Stewart, after transferring from the New South Wales commercial sales team for past four years.
Knight Frank’s NSW managing director Richard Horne said Palmer has helped the agency achieve considerable market share in the Sydney CBD market in the past four years, including the sale of 80-82 Pitt St for $46.5 million, The George St Medical Centre (5 Hunter St) for $4.125 million and Level 5, 109 Pitt St for $4.75 million.
Knight Frank also recently sold the Greenfield Park shopping centre to Banna Investments for $12.275 million reflecting a yield of 9.94%.
“This move signifies our commitment to growing Knight Frank’s overall retail capability.
“Ben and Andrew will work closely with Alex Alamsyah and newly appointed Michael Hanscomb to form the core of a very strong retail team across the east coast,” he added.
