CUSHMAN & Wakefield have been appointed by St Hilliers as property manager for 155 Clarence St in Sydney.
Cushman & Wakefield head of property and asset management services Domenic Belmonte said the appointment is an important boost to the agency’s national property and asset management services business.
“Ben McDermott and Matthew Bingham worked extensively with St Hilliers, consulting on design features and operating expenditure forecasting for this iconic heritage property.
“This ensured Cushman & Wakefield was in a strong position to secure the appointment and we are extremely pleased to be working with St Hilliers to ensure this historic asset enjoys a bright future,” he added.
