CBRE has appointed Jonathon Jeffress to head the commercial mortgage valuations team in Victoria.
Jeffress has 15 years’ experience across all property asset classes and was previously a director of Charter Keck Cramer.
CBRE valuation and advisory services managing director Tom Edwards said the appointment would further strengthen the agency’s Victorian platform and service offering.
“In his new role as director of CBRE’s commercial mortgage valuations team, Jonathon will work collaboratively with our institutional and residential valuation teams to provide quality advice to banking clients,” Edwards said.
