INVESTA has announced the internal appointment of Lesley Chan to its executive committee as chief legal and risk officer.
Chan, promoted from senior legal counsel, will be responsible for and oversee the legal, governance, risk and compliance functions of Investa.
“We’re delighted to appoint Lesley to the role of chief legal and risk officer,” said Investa CEO Peter Menegazzo.
“She has excellent stakeholder management skills and works collaboratively across the business focusing on achieving commercial outcomes.
