THE local arm of German fund manager Real I.S. has appointed George Koumoukelis as new capital transaction manager, to focus on acquisition and divestment of assets in Australia on behalf of investors.
Koumoukelis started his professional career as economic analyst at MacroPlan Dimasi, where he worked for five years, before he took up the job as executive in the capital markets team of Colliers. He then worked at CBRE for two years and participated, as senior executive, in the formation of the healthcare and alternative assets division.
Prior to coming to Real I.S., he was a transaction manager at PwC Australia and senior manager development strategy at Western Sydney University.
