CHARTER Hall Group (ASX:CHC) has completed its fully underwritten $140 million institutional placement.
Approximately 36.8 million new ordinary units will be issued to institutional investors at a fixed price of $3.80 per security, representing a discount of 3.6% to the closing price on 24 February 2014 of $3.94.
The new securities will rank equally with existing Charter Hall securities.
