COLLIERS International has made key appointments to its office leasing and corporate solutions business in Melbourne.
Vincent Tran has joined Colliers as executive of office leasing based in the CBD office.
“Vincent will strengthen our office leasing presence and will work alongside Ben McKendry, Nick Chapman and Matt Cosgrave, concentrating on the sub-500 sqm St Kilda Rd market,” national director – office leasing Tony Landrigan said.
Jonty Lamb has joined the integrated client services team in the position of associate director – industrial tenant representation, also based in the CBD.
National director – corporate solutions Peter Evans said Lamb would play a vital role in the growth of the company’s industrial tenant representation services.
“Jonty brings a wealth of experience to this role, having worked as a highly successful Industrial Broker at Colliers International’s South Auckland office, focusing on occupier needs,” Evans said. “Jonty will work with major corporate clients within the Melbourne industrial market, side by side with Colliers International’s industrial agency team.”
