HUB Australia has appointed a new chief experience officer in Rebekah Murphy, as the flexible workspace and building hospitality provider moves to strengthen its customer experience team.
Murphy will oversee the group’s marketing, premium customer experiences and directing brand strategy.
Murphy joins Hub Australia from Diversified Communications Australia, where she was director on the leadership team.
“Rebekah is a seasoned marketing and customer experience leader, bringing 20 years of extensive experience to the Hub Australia team. As we look to grow our business, products and footprint nationally, hospitality-led customer experience and an industry leading approach to this is going to be vital,” said Brad Krauskopf, CEO and founder at Hub Australia.
“Rebekah’s ability to deliver innovative product strategies which identify new opportunities whilst navigating ever changing market challenges will be crucial as we evolve our offering and shape the future of workplaces in Australia.”
In her ten years at Diversified Communications Australia, Murphy worked across a broad spectrum of the business from commercial and business strategy through to product development, hospitality-led customer experience, marketing and brand management.
“I’m joining the Hub Australia team at a really exciting time for the business, and also wider flexible work and commercial sector. Hub has played a pivotal role in the future of work conversation in Australia over the past decade and is uniquely positioned to help businesses tackle the evolution of their workplace strategies and experience in the coming decade,” said Murphy.
According to Murphy, the provider will offer new products such as the Hub Local flexible work strategy, which will see Hub Australia partner with communities at a regional and suburban level.
This is a part of Hub Australia’s expansion of its workplace products and experiences across capital cities and local communities country-wide, to line up with the evolving nature of work.
Back in June, the company expanded its Melbourne footprint with a new purpose-built hospitality focused Balaclava workspace in partnership with property developer, owner and manager, Ninety-Four Feet.
“As the future of work remains a key priority for businesses, we will also be looking at strategies to leverage our internal expertise and data on employee experience, space utilisation and design. There is an exciting opportunity to make this readily available for the market, ultimately helping businesses inform their own workplace strategies,” concluded Murphy.
