CONSTRUCTION is now underway on the first stage of Pradella’s Wave Residences, its final residential development at Riverside West End, The Lanes in Brisbane.
As one of the three towers at the now more than 70% sold The Lanes development, Wave Residences will comprise 138 luxury apartments and extensive resident-only amenities.
“With the last few years behind us it’s clear that demand has shifted in the apartment market, with buyers now looking for living options that are as inclusive as possible offering everything you need for life at home,” said Richard Lawrence, director at Position Property.
Amenities across the tower’s almost 4,500sqm of recreational space—including 2,000sqm on the 12th floor rooftop retreat—will include an outdoor cinema, steam room and mineral pool.
“Pradella has constantly innovated when it comes to amenities, with rooftop yoga lawns and five-star private dining spaces among some of the stand-out features of The Lanes,” added Lawrence.
Construction is commencing as works wrapped this month on stage one of Pradella’s nearby development, Enclave.
“It’s wonderful to see our West End projects thriving and we’re excited to announce the construction of the crown jewel in the Riverside West End precinct, The Lanes,” said Lee-Anne Kielar, sales and marketing director at Pradella.
The hotel-inspired The Lanes spans three towers, designed by bureau^proberts and built by RCC Builders and is one of 12 residential projects successfully delivered by Pradella in the Riverside West End precinct over the last decade.
Future residents will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the West End precinct within short walking distance, including Montague Markets and the Queensland Ballet’s new headquarters and performance centre.
“The Lanes is Pradella’s final residential development in West End and the concluding development in our $1.3 billion masterplan, and we’re pleased to be able to finish things off on a grand scale,” concluded Kielar.
Wave Residences, stage one of The Lanes, is scheduled to reach completion in late-2024.
