FUND manager Centuria has appointed portfolio manager Rod Owen-Jones as the new fund manager of Centuria Healthcare.
Owen-Jones has for the past past five years been at the coalface of healthcare asset and property management as Centuria Healthcare’s portfolio manager. He brings more than 28 years of experience across Australian property and social infrastructure markets including investment management, capital transactions and leasing.
Prior to Centuria, he held senior positions at AMP Capital, Lendlease and Dexus.
Centuria co-head of unlisted funds, Stuart Wilton had been the interim fund manager over the past month.
Owen-Jones will be supported by a team led by Centuria Healthcare managing director, Andrew Hemming, in addition to Wilton and Centuria head of funds management, Jesse Curtis.
