FORMER Colliers agent Ted Dwyer is stepping out on his own and opening agency RWC MC, based in the heart of Melbourne.
Dwyer has over 15 years of experience working in Melbourne’s commercial property market, following in the footsteps of his late father who also worked in real estate.
“I’ve always had a passion for property as my father ran his own real estate business,” Dwyer said.
“He always pushed me to open my own business and when he passed away last year I decided it was time to follow even further in his footsteps and take the leap.
“I’m excited to bring my deep local knowledge to a wider market and help clients navigate Melbourne’s diverse commercial landscape.”
Ted plans to expand the team in the coming months, focusing on serving clients across all asset types in Melbourne’s CBD and metro areas.
“In the next 12 months, my goal is to solidify the RWC brand’s presence in Melbourne and build a strong, dedicated team,” he said.
