JLL has appointed star performer Nathan Bingham as the new head of occupier services – logistics and industrial in Australia.
Bingham brings more than 20 years’ experience and award winning agent recognised in the Australian Financial Review’s Fast 100 and Telstra Business of the Year awards.
JLL national head of logistics and industrial Peter Blade said his proven excellence and extensive background in industrial real estate across the APAC region, particularly in Melbourne’s key industrial markets – including 10 years in Melbourne’s western industrial heartland – make him an invaluable addition to the JLL team.
Matt Lee, JLL national director, industrial and data centre occupier services said attracting talent of his calibre underscores JLL commitment to excellence and growth in this sector.
Bingham joins JLL after a decade with Colliers, where he rose to become director in charge of the firm’s Western Melbourne office.
“I am passionate about providing effective solutions that help businesses thrive in today’s global and challenging economy and to that end I’ve already been impressed by the JLL platform and the significant value it can bring to occupier clients to ensure they maximise the performance of their property portfolios,” Bingham said.
