REAL estate group Belle Property has opened new branches on the Central Coast and Brisbane across its commercial and residential divisions respectively.
Local real estate expert and auctioneer Anthony Scarcella will lead the commercial offering on the Central Coast, with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Along with asset manager Megan Scarcella, he will service the entire Central Coast, complementing the existing residential offerings of Belle Property Central Coast and Belle Property Point Claire, led by leading principal Cathy Baker.
Scarcella’s experience in recent years has involved specialising in selling, leasing, and the management of commercial properties, mainly industrial property, and also including office and retail. He has been named as one of the top 2.5% sales agents at LJ Hooker and achieved $450,000 over the reserve price on a number of occasions.
“I don’t believe real estate is about being the biggest or loudest; I believe in offering the best service and achieving results for my clients, no matter their budgets. I have worked with clients with leases for $10,000 per annum as well as those with $20 million sales,” he said.
Belle Property Commercial associate director Benjamin Congiusta said, “Anthony’s understanding of the local market and his dedication to exceptional customer service align perfectly with our brand value”.
Meanwhile, Belle Property has also opened a new residential office in the southern Brisbane suburb of Sunnybank, headed up by principal Jae Choi, who also has experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Choi has over a decade of experience working in the Brisbane property market and as a director of Realand Group has been involved in commercial property sales, residential sales, and project marketing. He offers multilingual skills and an understanding of the multicultural demographic.
Property values have risen significantly in the region in recent years, with some areas experiencing over 40% increases. Diverse housing options range from post-war homes and modern brick residences to townhouses.
Joining Jae is the team he has worked with since 2020, which includes property manager Jane Yoo and residential sales manager Marie Han. The team manages and sells off-market and existing properties while continuing to offer off-the-plan developments.
David Holmes, Belle Property’s head of state Queensland, said, “Jae’s deep understanding of the local market and his multilingual capabilities make him the most qualified principal to lead the office in this culturally rich part of Brisbane”.
Belle Property Sunnybank follows the recent office opening in The Gap, in the north-western suburbs.
