DEVELOPER David Devine’s DD Living has appointed Gowdie Management Group as the builder to deliver its $535 million luxury residential apartment tower Burly Residences on the beachfront at North Burleigh.
Groundworks for the construction of the 25-level six-star apartment development have already been completed, allowing Gowdie to start the next stages of construction through to completion forecast for 2027.
Devine said it was exciting to see GMG on site bringing Burly Residences to life.

Burly Residences will 101 apartments across 25 levels, ranging in size from 116sqm to 743sqm gross to be amongst the largest on the Gold Coast market. Prices start from $2,405,500 to $13,895,300, with options for large floorplans incorporating multipurpose rooms available within the Skyhome Collection priced from $7,302,633.
