COMMERCIAL property investor and funds manager Arcana Capital has launched, for wholesale investors, an investment trust opportunity for the acquisition of a medical clinic located in Bowen Hills in inner Brisbane.
The strategically located medical clinic, with a purchase price of $14.6 million, forms Arcana’s 36 Edmondstone Rd Bowen Hills Unit Trust and is now available as a sophisticated investment opportunity for wholesale investors.
Colby Phillis, Manager – Investor Relations at Arcana Capital, said that the property is located in one of Queensland’s premier healthcare precincts.
“The property is in close proximity to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, the Herston Specialist Clinic and the Bowen Hills Medical Specialist Centre and represents a strategic buy in an established healthcare hub.
“We expect the area to benefit from a number of key infrastructure projects across Brisbane in the coming years.
“We are forecasting annualised distributions of 7.7% per annum for Years One and Two for participating wholesale investors.”
