ARCHITECTURE firm Place Studio has appointed of Wayne Stevens as general manager, who will bring experience across the architecture, consulting, logistics, retail and office technology sectors.
Stevens has held key leadership positions including general manager at Team2 Architects and Dickson Rothschild, global head of sales at DGI, state sales manager at Australian airExpress, and various senior management roles at Canon.
At Place, he will oversee strategic initiatives, optimise financial management, refine human resources and resourcing processes, and foster further a culture of collaboration and innovation, said James Tambassis, director of business at Place Studio.
“A strong advocate for staff development, Wayne will also mentor team members, equipping them with the skills to achieve their career aspirations and grow into future leadership roles,” he said.
