LIFESTYLE real estate brand Belle Property continues on the expansion path, launching its 19th Brisbane office in the north-west fringe suburb of The Gap.
The new office is led by local real estate experts and Ray White pair James Monaghan and Phil Cray, who have worked together and operated their previous office for over 15 years and have a combined experience of over 35 years.
Monaghan has over 22 years of experience, and in recognition of his achievements, was named an Alan White Member, an accolade only the top 3% of sales agents in the Ray White group receive.
Cray brings experience in construction and property management to the new office, and an expertise in managing and maintaining investment properties.
Joining the pair is senior sales agent Iva Chadwick, who brings 20 years of industry experience.
The Gap is surrounded by national parks and lush bushlands but is still only a 15-minute drive to Brisbane’s CBD. The diverse range of housing encompasses spacious family homes, large acreage, and charming mid-century builds to modern townhouses, which attract a mix of families, professionals and retirees.
Recent reports show a 15% uplift in prices in property values in the past year.
“I’ve long admired the Belle Property brand and their dedication to providing customers with a premium real estate experience and high level of service,” Monaghan said.
Cray said, “Belle Property is a modern brand that will give the local community an intriguing change while enabling us to stay true to our values and commitment to excellence.”
This latest opening in The Gap is part of Belle Property’s ongoing expansion plan around the country, with various offices opening in other fringing suburbs in the major cities, such as the recently opened Rouse Hill and Dural offices in Sydney and Mawson Lakes in Adelaide.
Belle Property head of state Queensland, David Holmes, said, “I have full confidence in the team’s ability to deliver outstanding service to the community, drawing on their in-depth knowledge of the local market”.
