JON Fleming has returned to Cushman & Wakefield as commercial director for Australia and New Zealand, representing a strategic step forward in the firm’s expansion into in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) space.
Fleming will bring 20 years of commercial experience to the role, with a focus on building the firm’s service base to develop and implement commercial structures across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, property management and facilities management.

Fleming has worked with numerous large multinational organisations such as John Holland, Serco and GE. Fleming has specialist knowledge in complex contracting, with years of technical, operational and commercial experience.
