GLOBAL real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed two new managing directors in Australia, with the internal promotions of Maria Russo-Fama and Lora Radmilovic.
Russo-Fama has been appointed as state managing director for NSW and will continue in her role of director of project development services (PDS), sales, strategy & enablement for ANZ.
Russo-Fama has been at Cushman & Wakefield since 2021.
“It’s an honour to lead a team of dedicated professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients,” said Russo-Fama.
“I’m also excited to collaborate closely with our chief executive and the state and territory executive leadership team to steer the NSW business through its next phase of growth and development.”
Radmilovic has been appointed as territory managing director for the ACT and will also continue as state director, asset services for NSW, ACT and SA.
“I’m eager to work with our exceptional leaders and teams across the ACT to build on our local growth momentum,” said Radmilovic.
“Our client-centric culture has supported the ongoing expansion of our local team and property solutions from asset services to investment sales. I see my new role as embedding a shared vision focused on collaboration.”
Both Russo-Fama and Radmilovic will report directly to Noral Wild, chief executive at Cushman & Wakefield, ANZ.
“These appointments reflect our commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within our organisation, expressly designed to benefit our people, clients and stakeholders,” said Wild.
“Both Maria and Lora have demonstrated exceptional leadership ability in bringing multi-disciplinary teams together and driving collective success.”
