WA real estate agent Jemma Hutchinson has launched a new independent national commercial real estate agency in Maverix Property Group.
Backed by directors David Schwartz, John Bond and Jim Litis, the agency will specialise in leasing, brokerage, advisory and consultancy services.
“The timing was right to establish my own agency, where my values are aligned to my business. As the industry evolves, offering clients a holistic approach free of conflicts is crucial,” said Hutchinson.
“To date, I have accomplished everything I had set out to achieve, so I realised that no dream was out of reach. Anything is possible if you stay true to yourself, your work ethic and ignore the background noise that comes with the job.”
Hutchinson has more than 14 years of national leasing experience, having established Colliers’ office leasing business in WA.
This after serving as national leasing manager at Primewest and transacting more than 90,000sqm for the business.
“We think differently and connect the dots to find solutions for our clients. We recognise our clients’ needs and offer tailored options and strategic insights that lead to exceptional results and opportunities,” added Hutchinson.
“We have acted on behalf of some of Australia’s leading private and institutional owners.”
Maverix Property Group has already gone national, expanding into Melbourne.
