QUEENSLAND-based property developer KDL Property Group has appointed Matthew Barr to the newly created position of general manager.
Barr brings more than 25 years of experience in residential property to the position, having worked at Stockland, PEET, Oliver Hume and Colliers International.
“Matthew’s development management experience at both public and private companies, work on numerous award-winning master planned communities, and strong industry relationships make him ideally suited to this newly created senior role,” said Kent Leicester, founder and managing director at KDL.
