SCENTRE Group has appointed a new independent non-executive director to its board in Craig Mitchell.
Mitchell brings more than 25 years of experience across the property industry, working in retail, construction, development and funds management sectors in this time.
Mitchell, who is currently the global chief executive officer of Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT, has also held leadership positions at Grocon and Dexus.
Mitchell’s appointment to the board is effective immediately and he is set to step down from his position at Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT in mid-2025.
“We are delighted to welcome Craig to the Scentre Group Board. We look forward to Craig’s contribution to the work of our Board,” said Ilana Atlas, chair at Scentre Group.
Mitchell will stand for election at the Group’s 2025 annual general meeting.
