THE Cohen Group has appointed Mandy Beresford as its new property manager for its commercial and industrial division.
Beresford has over 14 years of experience in property management and will oversee the management of the commercial and industrial properties in the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining the Cohen Group, Mandy successfully managed prominent assets for JLL in Adelaide and has a overseen major properties across South Australia.
“Mandy’s significant skills and experience speaks for itself, and she will play an integral role in achieving the Cohen Group’s vision and objectives for the future,” Cohen Group chief executive officer, Gregg Downer said.
