MIRVAC has appointed a new non-executive director to its board in Arena REIT’s Rosemary Hartnett.
Currently a non-executive director of Arena REIT and former chair of ISPT, Hartnett brings over 30 years of experience in the Australian property and financial services sectors to the Mirvac board.
Hartnett has held senior management role across a number of ASX-listed organisations in senior property finance executive and fund manager roles for trading and investment banks, including Macquarie Bank, ANZ and NAB.
Hartnett also previously held the position of CEO of Housing Choices Australia.

Hartnett will commence as a non-executive director to the Mirvac board, effective 2 December 2024.
