INDUSTRIAL property agent Josh O’Brien has joined the recently opened Belle Property Commercial – Brisbane North office.
Principal Brocke Hambrecht opened the office in August and has since focused on growing and strengthening the business.
“From the very beginning Josh was a standout performer in the industrial projects space on Brisbane’s northside. His connections and reputation in the area were an attractive quality to our business,” Hambrecht said.
O’Brien has experience in the commercial real estate market across property development, buyer’s agency and commercial sales and leasing.
“I was attracted to Belle Property Commercial by the opportunity to work alongside my first commercial real estate mentor and good friend, Brocke, as well as the incredible network of property professionals within the Belle Property group,” O’Brien said.
