AND Property has appointed a new in data and research manager, in Knight Frank’s Daniel Barr-Waanders.
In his new role, Barr-Waanders will lead data analysis, refining AND Property’s canvassing process across all Victorian precincts and provide strategic recommendations to support our business objectives.

Barr-Waanders was formerly lead analyst, VIC at Knight Frank Industrial & Logistics, where he helped develop data-driven strategies to enhance market forecasting and client acquisition.
