Congratulations to Adam Shirt on becoming a Director of Napier & Blakeley.
Adam joined Napier & Blakeley in 2016 and now manages the Quantity Surveying business unit in Queensland alongside Paul Cosker.
Adam provides a full-service Quantity Surveying offering including feasibility assessments, cost planning and estimating, value management, Bills of Quantities and contract administration. Other QS services offered by the team include acting as Independent Certifiers, financiers reporting, reinstatement cost assessments and sinking funds.
Adam works closely with Napier & Blakeley’s Tax Depreciation, Building Consulting and Sustainability teams helping property owners, investors, and financiers to better understand Cost and Risk associated with the property cycle and to improve Returns.
