SOUTH-east Queensland-based property development group Atrio has promoted Jaryd Collins to its senior leadership team, and into the newly-created role of general manager – development.
Collins joined Atrio last year and has worked on bringing several projects to life, including two master-planned communities west of Brisbane.
He has 20 years’ experience in property development, during which he has gained knowledge from site acquisitions and design to project positioning, development, budgeting, construction, and site divestment.
Atrio managing director Chris Hall said, “Jaryd has proven he has the experience and skills to drive a diverse development pipeline, but he is also a strong mentor for our development management team”.
Atrio has a current Queensland pipeline valued at more than $500 million, and further projects being conceived nationally. The business was launched five years ago by Hall as a lounge room start-up with one staff member and two projects, and has grown to a team of 12 with more than 20 projects across residential, industrial, and commercial developments.
