CONSTRUCTION is set to commence on Azure’s latest residential project in Queensland, the 68-terrace Elwood gated community.
Located on a prime 34,200sqm site at 9 Light Horse Court, Mango Hill by a nature reserve, Elwood has seen 51 unconditional sales since its launch in Q4 2023, with stage 1 already sold out.
Azure Build, the Queensland developer’s construction arm is set to break ground and deliver the project.

The project will comprise 68 terraces with a mix of four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, and two-car, three-bedroom plus MPR, 2.5-bathroom, and one-car, three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 1 or one-plus-one-car and four-bedroom, 2.5-bathrrom, and two-car formats.
Amenities will span 845sqm and include a 17-metre swimming pool, day beds with fixed cabanas, private gardens, sunlounges and amphitheatre seating, plus a 7,376sqm communal lawn.

Since it was founded in 2014, Azure has delivered over 1,400 terraces, units and residential lots, with its active portfolio valued in excess of $500 million. With its future pipeline in excess of $1.3 billion.
With construction to commence imminently Elwood is scheduled to be completed in Q3 2025.
