INGENIA is making key changes to its board, with the appointment of Lisa Scenna as a non-executive director.
Scenna commenced as a non-executive director on 1 May 2024 and brings experience in executive roles across property management, asset management and funds management in both Australia and the United Kingdom and listed and private entities.
Scenna has worked with Stockland Group as UK joint managing director, Laing O’Rourke as head of explore investments group and Morgan Sindal Group as managing director of investments, as well as working with Westfield.
Following Scenna’s commencement, Amanda Heyworth will be stepping down from the Board after twelve years on 20 June 2024.
Heyworth has serviced as the chair of both the audit and risk committee and of the remuneration and nomination committee.
Chairman Jim Hazel will also complete his final term on the board and will step down at the November annual general meeting.
With John Carfi now the CEO at Ingenia, the planned board succession process will see continue with the appointment of additional directors and the appointment of a chair elect underway.
In February, Ingenia posted a 26% jump in statutory profit of $42.5 million, attributed to its increased business scale and the tourism rebound.
