NATIONAL property valuation firm M3 Property has announced the appointment of Patrick Curran as director of industrial, Victoria.
Curran, who will begin in role from next week, has 18 years’ industry experience in commercial real estate, including his most recent role as a commercial director. He has conducted valuations across most asset classes, specialising in commercial property in the Melbourne metropolitan area and large regional centres around Victoria.
Curren has provided valuations for clients including large corporate institutions, not-for-profit organisations, government departments and individuals.
